### 🔹 **Overview**

During the first half of October, eight ChatShaala sessions were held focusing on **Immunohistochemistry (IHC)** and **Western Blotting**. Discussions explored how both techniques complement each other — IHC for **localization** and Western Blot for **quantification** of proteins.

### 🔹 **Key Sessions**

- **Tracing Proteins Beyond the Microscope:** Understanding antibody–antigen interaction and visual data interpretation.
- **When Antibodies Meet Colors:** Linking art and science through visualization of proteins using dyes.
- **Identifying Misconceptions:** Clarified confusions about enzyme-linked detection, labeling, and staining.

- Gained conceptual clarity on IHC and Western Blot techniques.
- Developed questioning and reflective thinking skills.

The period from **1st–15th October 2025** witnessed steady participation and meaningful dialogue. Through **eight active sessions** , members deepened their understanding of visualization techniques and embraced the ChatShaala spirit of _learning through questioning and reflection_.
