**15).Can you not culture fly on fruit**
**16).What is advantage of ising TRSV media over fruit**
**17)Why solid media?**
**18)Why single line culture? is it just of one single species?**
**19) if i identify two same species fly that is not from a single mother is it a single line culture?**
**20).A single line culture is done by, isolating a gravid fruitfly and starting a culture drom that**
**21).is IAA a chemical that fruitfly is generally attracted to then why not use banana juice or tomato juice?**
**22).what is the use of single line culture why one should isolate a single gravid fly**
**23).By the way what is gravid?**
**24).How do we identify a gravid fly**

**1).Was nt other organisms growing since potato was used? -JANKI\_V\_KAPSE**
**2).Do nematode feed on milk -Afroz sayed**
**Yes… nematode feeds on bacteria and milk also contains bacteria**
**3).Which plants are more infected? Janki\_V\_Kapse**
**4).If bacteria feeds on carbohydrates then potatoes do have carbs and the the soil would have some bacteria that we already putting on the periphery of potato slice**
**5).Then why add milk?**
**6).How big is a nematode, can we see them at home- Afroz Sayed**
**7).Yes it is 1mm in length we can see the portion of 1 mm on the scale so similarly we can see yhe nematode**
**8).Was nt other organisms growing since potato was used? -JANKI\_V\_KAPS**

**1).Circadian rhythm is also found in Nactarnal animals**
**2).is the activities same as fruitfly**
**3).Because plant also do photosynthesis**
**4).Is the opening and closing similar to mimisa plant**
**5)Do other plant show sleep and awakeness even if plants do not open and close the sleep**
**6).What about stomata**
**7).Why do we consider light as the factor? - AFROZ**
**8).When period & timeless is working in fruitfly the is it different in Phyllanthus plant**
**9).Will complete light not affect photosynthesis of the plant.**
**10).You showed Mimosa plants and associated Nobel prize in the beginning of presentation. So why not do these studies in Mimosa? Why Phyllanthus is preferred by you?**
**11).Why do we consider light as the factor?**
**12).Do other plant show sleep and awakeness even if plants do not open and close the sleep**
**13).Caterpillar pollinating?**
**14). Let’s look at more closely on studies done on Arabidopsis?**
**15).Does phyllanthus also respond to touch.**
**16).WHAT IS THIS FEDBACH LOOP**
**17).Not all species of Phyllanthus respond on touch, Phyllanthus urinaria shows this effect.**
**Title: Identification of the Arabidopsis homologue of TIMELESS gene - TAIR**
**In Drosophila, the protein TIMELESS (TIM) is a component of the central oscillator. It physically interacts with PERIOD (PER) protein and participates in.**
**18).Some smaller plants dont get enough sunlight due to bigger plants so how circadian rhythm is regulated in those plants.**

\*\*4).What is formikareium ? \*\*
**5).How can worker ants survive and work without protein? Are not all enzymes proteins? How do workers function without proteins?**

**21).What do you mean by ecological interaction?**
**22).what is your research question?**
**23).Can we not culture in clear bottle?**
**24).one category of interaction describes the different ways organisms obtain their food and energy because ants get food and aphids get protection both species benefit from interaction**

**1)why does nail growth decrease with average ? \*\*
\*\* so what is the function of lunula???**
**2).how do you know the nail cells are stem cell?**
**3). the nobel prize certainly does not talk about stem cell in nail?**
**4). how are you studing regenration as to what i understand this is nail growth?**
**5).because you are using the ink as the marking the growth?**
**6).the nail type will differ from person to person?**
**7).what is the idea of showing the images?**
**8). how do you say white mark records deficiency?**
**9). how do you say it is nail regenration are you asking people to cut the nail that is attached to the skin in order too study regenration ?**
**10).WB Bean just recorded his data is the sample size not very small how can you conclude anything from this paper as the sample size is very ?**
**11).Do you record Estrogen?**
**12).41 & 26 do you think sample size is enough?**
**13).15 - 25 that 1 dot signify how many sample size?**
**14).if it is 1 or 2 sample size then the data is ionsignifianse?**
**15). why should the nail growth decrease with average?**
**16).are you actually asking for hydration and location as in is the person left handed or right handed?**
**17).are you looking for temperature if so?**

**20).how can you conclude estrogen is the factor affect nail growth have you recorded estrogen level?**
**21).What is difference between growth and regenration?**
**22).How are we measuring nail growth?**

**earthworms—have been an important experimental model since the very beginning of immunology. For example, phagocytosis, an important and evolutionarily conserved defense mechanism of innate immunity, was discovered in the late 1800s by a Nobel Prize winner Elie Mechnikoff while studying the origin of the digestive organs in the floating larvae of starfish.1https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK45034/**
