Is their any specific reason to use NaCl?
Can’t we use KCl?

Earthworm Gustatory response group, explaining Design of assay. How many earthworms comes out of Dilutions of salt solutions i.e, 100 mM, 200mM, 300 mM.
They did 30 runs with all the salt concentrations & final conclusion they got is earthworms strongly repelling from 300 mM NaCl solution & mildly repelling from 100 & 200 mM NaCl solution.

Why do you wanted to do gustatory and them rer assay why both? Why not one?
