Microscope is an instrument by which we can see the microorganism which are two smaller  
cannot be by naked eye.

- Microscope is the science of investigation small objects and structure using such on  
instrument.

2. Phase contrast microscope

3. Dark field microscope

4. Fluorescent microscope

5. Electron microscope
