Discussion on the design of the experiment on one of our plant models; Cardamine. The objective of the experiment is clearly seen here. This was followed by discussing the actual setup and the expectations.

Collaborators from Jharkhand, Kerala and Mumbai develop a graph of the Fruitfly activity pattern and then discuss the similar trends; peaks and trough of the respective graphs (here, cumulative) plotted by them. Later, the importance of latitude and longitude in determining the sunrise and sunset of a place was also discussed. These are the things which are just known to the common man but inaccessible.

Kshipra, one of our CUBist from Jharkhand telling us the design of the experiment for studying sleepwake cycle and later the expected as well as observed activities of the fruitflies at the home lab. Later through the discussion, some improvisations were made in the design.
