SLEEP WAKE CYCLE OF PHYLLANTHUS PLANT
Generally Phyllanthus plant open it’s leaves in between 6.00am to 6.30am in the morning and close its leaves in between 6.00pm to 6.30pm in the Evening
Cubists from CUBE HOME LAB Goa made hypothesis and implement experiment (to check the effect of different wavelengths on sleep wake cycle pattern of Phyllanthus plant)
And she exposed Phyllanthus plants in different colours of light that’s Red, Yellow, Green and Blue.
So what could be the observation??? Can anyone make thier own hypothesis to say that what could be the effect of different wavelengths on activity of Phyllanthus plant???
We again plotted common graph of circadian rhythm study in Plants and Animals to see whether they are following same pattern everyday of their activities.
Phyllanthus plant:: can we look for some references what all studies have been done on Phyllanthus plant related to circadian rhythm and effect of light.
Are there any reference to the role of blue wavelength light in Circadian ‘entraining’…
In the study of chronobiology, entrainment occurs when rhythmic physiological or behavioral events match their period to that of an environmental oscillation. It is ultimately the interaction between circadian rhythms and the environment. en.m.wikipedia.org › wiki › Entrain…
