How to identify Zebra fish? What are the reasearch questions that cubists are addressing in Zebra fish? Why Zebra fish?.
Where we can found zebra fish in Environment? How do we Culture zebra fishes at home?
How to get Dechlorinated water?.why there’s need of Dechlorinated water? How often there’s need to change water to maintain zebra fishes?.
How do we identify fruit fly? How fruit fly is different from house fly?
Aswathy’s main objective is to compare olfaction sensitivity in between CsBz _Drosophila melanogaster_ and native _Drosophila melanogaster_
Aswathy divided long term objective in to short term objective and immediate objectives.
How to identify fruit fly at family level? What are the diagnostic features we should be looking for?
Is it necessary to use dead flies in order to look wing features? Is it necessary to take out the wing from fruit fly body? Or we can also look features in an intact wing?.

1. Two breaks in coastal vein
2. Incomplete subcostal vein
3. Anal cell

First break in costal vein is not that much visible but incomplete subcostal and anal cell very much seen…
Close photo of the same wing where we had discussed what’s an Anal cell? Is it a close compartment? If yes than which one is the Anal cell?.
Blue color mark on the wing shows the presence of Anal cell or is it the inner compartment which is an Anal cell?..
Aswathy and collaborators please provide a good reference regarding the same..
Moina or water fleas
Aswathy got water fleas from one of the nearby fish farm and has been maintained in a stock Culture..
But many water fleas were found carrying _Ephippia_
What all are research question we can address in Ephippia?. water fleas can switch the mode of reproduction from asexual to sexual reproduction in unfavorable conditions which leads to form Ephippia but Ephippia requires Favourable condition in order to hatch.
An experimental design was made to observe how many water fleas will hatch out from one Ephippia?.
Do unfavorable conditions unable Ephippia to hatch out?. Aswathy will be maintaining unfavorable conditions and would be observing in order to prove that Ephippia requires Favourable condition..
