As discussed earlier
We should first collect seeds from ripe pods only
The seeds would be orangish brown
Here we can have two sets
One set
Can be immediately taken for sowing
Other can be kept for some days till they turn brown and perform germination experiment on it

In case of germination experiment
We’ll have
3 controls
3 sets in moist tissue paper
3 sets in moist tissue paper given cold treatment (either by ice or cold temperature)

Moisten the set ups daily to avoid drying
And observe

Suggest for improvement in the design

What will the 3 controls consist of?
Why are we sowing the seeds in moist tissue paper and not in the soil where the Cardamine plants are naturally found?
What will the sets consisting of?

Let us talk about the design in detail.

@Priti_Kanade Why flower is crucial in the Cardamine research question? What species of Cardamine this could be ?

Floral dip method requires us to have unopened bud
If we know the stages of development with time required for the same, we can perform our technique efficiently

Here, I can see 4 stamens as observed in cardamine hirsuta, but in some cardamome 4+2 arrangement is observed, wherein 2 stamens are smaller than 4 long stamens
We have not dissected the flower amd therefore I do not know whether the 2 small stamens are present in it or not
