How to extract DNA from Banana at Home?.
The main question was how do we detect the DNA in the solution?..
Why only Banana is used to extract DNA?. Can we use cheeck cells, Spinach leaves, onion roots and Cauliflower?..

Then discussion went on and got focused on Fruit flies as Aastha from Faridabad trapped a fruit fly using closed bait, and Aastha wasn’t sure the fly that she had trapped was Gravid or was female?.
Thought the fly has been in a bottle from 7th Jan 2021 and till Today No larvae ,no pupae are seen…
This would definitely give context to the concept of Research methodology…
