@S.Lahari final year BSC Biotechnology,from Nellore Andhra Pradesh,one of the cubist of cube chatshala,After my father’s death I have decided to achieve something wheather it is small or big.Had an great interest on science so choosen a bipc group in intermediate to become an veterinary doctor because like animals more :brown_heart:and also have an interest in research field.unfortunately loosed my venteniary seat then choosed Biotech course in degree now iam final year student. our zoology HOD Dr.T.sriranjani mam have given an opportunity to join in cube chatshala which is an great opportunity to think,like an scientist way.So under guidance of my lecturer, I have first started by observation on phyllanthus plant on 24/11/2022 about its sleep wake cycle and given an summary and also more information was gathered from different states cubists and also professor arunan sir questions leads to think more on it finally given conclusion by the collaborative work with saurya delhi,and other cubists.Explained about my observation and showed that phyllanthus plant sleep wake cycle not coincide with sunrise and sunset time there is internal clock mechanism (Biological clock).After that mango trees mapping to find number of fruiting, flowering sprouting at different states .Next started zebra fish model on 03/01/2023 with 10 zebra fishes and artemia as its feed culturing started due to its speciality,Humans and zebrafish share 70 percent of the same genes and 84 percent of human genes known to be associated with human disease have a counterpart in zebrafish. Major organs and tissues are also common. Zebrafish genome has also been fully sequenced to a very high quality.I had an dream to know about different things in this world and to achieve something special and I must see the happiness in others eyes that shows I achieved something that makes me happy.:slightly_smiling_face:…there is more and more to learn…in this beautiful… world.
