i will update the covid-19 cases daily across India to check the improvement. pls give some suggestions of which website i can use to find the cases, tell me if any error etc.

Dont use one website. Use several. Also identify their sources and documentation methods. The reason being the whole pandemic affair has become a political football with numerous cases of under and over reporting, as well as deliberate fudging by not providing details of the number of tests and test methods.
