This topic of DNA Extraction by Jugaad isn’t a new what-about for CUBE as well as for other frugal science collaborations. In academics it is shown to be extracting from plant as well as animal tissues.
@sakshiconsultant2002 trying to isolate DNA from chick Brain and Liver as a part of her 1st year PG Programme and this prompted CUBists like @Theertha @amritha to again become speculative about the steps involved.

Why only employ chicken brain and liver for DNA extraction and why not normal chicken meat(muscle)? This question was raised and there were difference in opinion among CUBists regarding if muscles have DNA or more precisely muscle tissue has nucleus containing DNA?
