About the Talk: You may have played games such as tic-tac-toe that are simple yet exciting! Many of your notebooks might be filled with games of X and O. How about designing and exploring some more games but with Magic Squares? This will be an introductory episode, where we will together explore an intuitive approach to solving a 3*3 magic squares. We will then look at a few interesting games based on magic square and discuss ways in which we can make our own games, using the same logic! This episode will be most suited for middle school students and educators teaching in grades 7-9, though everyone who loves solving puzzles and games are welcome to join the voyage and contribute actively to the discussion!
