Announcement STEAMboat initiative, HBCSE
About the Talk: Throughout our day, we are exposed to a wide variety of sounds. Even when we communicate with others, we majorly rely on sound waves to do so. Usually, we just ‘hear’ these sounds. But is it possible to ‘see’ them as well? Let us find out in the upcoming session of #STEAMboat! We will also try to understand how one can identify different sounds, by using some special properties of sound. And lastly, we will also have a look at some interesting phenomena related to sound!

About the Speaker:
Pankaj Tadakhe is a part of the Vigyan Pratibha Project at HBCSE and is working in the area of developing educational resources for higher secondary classes. He likes to look out for science and mathematics in our surroundings and day to day life activities.
