On 17/04/25, I repeated the Food Preference Test in fruit flies by modifying the experimental design as per the previous day’s ChatShaala discussion. Summary of the experiment: As we observed in Ayana’s setup , Tomato is mostly preferred by the Fruitfly.Apart from that ,Orange is also found to be the ~equaly preferred.
Tomato and orange are the mostly preferred fruit for fruitflies.

Summary of 1st and 2nd setup: As we observed in Ayana’s setup , Tomato is mostly preferred by the Fruitfly.Apart from that ,Orange is also found to be the ~equaly preferred.
Tomato and orange are the mostly preferred fruit for fruitflies.

A dramatic decrease of fruitfly observed at 6.52pm in first setup and 8.09pm in second setup.Is that seen in your setup @⁨ayanasudheer⁩
