I have captured a mosquito today using clap trap method developed by Adarsh Vidyalaya School students.
The mosquito was put into CUBE group as I didnt know which mosquito it was.
Lakshmi a cubist immediately replied that it is a Culex mosquito.
We asked her about evidence, she shared that it has black and yellow bands on its abdomen, a blunt abdomen hence which shows it is Culex. The mosquito is dangerous even from public health point of view.
This is an example of how knowledge dissipates in CUBE community which helps all to learn
We have now started looking for mosquitoes and finding their activity patterns.
