There isn’t any significant growth after 69 hours. As of yet I am not able to see any clear separation of the voting mark between skin and nail.

Even last time in June I did with heena so I got around ~4mm growth in 1 month.

Can we make a table excel spreadsheet of
Age group below 20;
21-25; 26-30;31-40; 41-50;51-60;60+
Should include gender, health issues, date of voting, skin break, 1 mm growth and ink mark leaving the nail. May not be difficult but comprehensive for the entire country.

Today as well after 97 hours I cannot see any significant movement of the nail mark on the nail bed from the Proximal to the distal end. My skin towards the proximal end got off while working so that’s why we are observing a gap here.

[17/05, 1:26 pm] Abhijeet Singh: The linear nail growth rate is a simple, inexpensive, noninvasive technique for the measurement of aging. When the many endogenous and exogenous factors known to influence this rate are either controlled or considered, the measurement of the rate for 1 year gives data that are both age-related and age-caused. The rate of linear nail growth decreases 50% over the life spans of both dogs and humans. In the beagle, which has a life span 20% that of man; the rate of decrease is 5 times faster than in man. There are circadian and multiple-year biorhythms of the rate of linear nail growth. There are approximately 7-yr periods of slow decline that al-terna te with 7- yr periods of more rapid decline.

nail growth rate follows circadian rhythms and alternates between seven-year periods of slower and faster decline.

The average daily growth of the left thumbnail, for instance, has varied from 0.123 mm a day during the first part of the study when 1 was 32 years of age to 0.095 mm a day at the age of 67.

[17/05, 2:55 pm] Abhijeet Singh: The rate of linear nail growth increased until well into the 3rd decade of life. From 25 to 100 years of age, the rate decreased approximately 0.5% per year from an average of 0.9 mm/week in the 3rd decade. Men had a more rapid rate than women until the 6th decade (curve A in Fig 8). By the 8th decade, women had a more rapid rate than men (curve B in Fig 8). The longitudinal 36-year data of Bean [1-4] on himself from age 32 to 68 was recalculated in millimeters per week for each year (curve C in Fig 8).

My brother’s Voters mark.
The ink over the Proximal Fold didn’t hold onto it seems.

Also after 104 hours (4.3 days approx) there seems less than half millimetre movement of the ink mark from the proximal to the distal end of the nail.

On the other hand my dad’s voters marks shows no significant movement from proximal to distal end after 4.3 days.
