How to study nail regeneration?
Categorise the age groups which we are going to study into:
Children (5-10)
Teenage (15-20)
Youth (25-30)
Middle age (40-45)
Old age (65-70)
Then apply mehendi/voters ink on the clean left index finger(if we leave the mehendi overnight we can get a darker colour)
(2)
After 1 week measure the distance between proximal end of nail and proximal end of mehendi mark using a ruler(cm).
This is the distance the nail has grown in 1 week.
(3)
Take photos and mark essential description such as:
Date
Location
Age
Gender
Length of the nail grown
Name of data collector
(4)
We can repeat the procedure in both male and female of different age groups
Now do it for 4 weeks
Analyse and compare the result
Plot it into a graph for better understanding
