The theme of this orientation program is HOW EASY IT IS TO CREATE A LAB. We will emphasize that creating a lab doesn’t require sophisticated instruments, but rather model systems. To keep our idea In Front of them we will introduce them to:
Nail regeneration
(And also connect it to their interested area: Hair fall and Acne as these students are interested in studying Acne & Hair fall).

(The well know established Model organism can be connected to the fly we see in our houses, we can include trapping method, importance of culturing, and TRSV as TRSV is very interesting)
Earthworm
(Where it is found ?, It’s Harvesting, Tissue paper cup culture method and Great work of Enas’s on Earthworm regeneration)
Butterfly
We will try to facilitate that how sending pictures of organisms which are there in their surroundings can be connected to the work of great scientists like DR. Krushnamegh Kunte by Showing Zhara’s work on Common Mormon Butterfly and Shraddha’s initiative of converting a simple GARDEN IN TO A LAB…
