to screen all the samples collected from HBCSE campus on 25th and 26th October 2019
to further serial dilute the 22nd well of M1 plate
to dry one of wells containing bdelloid rotifer to record deccication and revival condition
Sir now we are focusing on making single line culture Once we are successful in that we will identify the species and genera by clicking photos and comparing them from the identified species
Why not learn to take good photos of all Rotifers you see from the Pagalapos source and other sources?
