We got updated on the Fruit fly Single Line Culture from one of our home labs in Kerala. This was followed by addressing issues related to the maintenance of the flies by making Tomato Rava Sugar-Vinegar (TRS-V medium; a home-designed fruit fly medium designed, prototyped and regulated by CUBists which gives us reproducible results) media bottles.
Later, we took the Cardamine model wherein the newly designed experiment was discussed.
