In one of the CUBE home lab , banana was kept as bait to attract fruit flies but got only one fruit fly,but others have used tomato slices and got atleast 20-25 fruit flies…to check at which place and on what bait fruit flies are more attractive so a very simple hypothesis made by School Cubists…

Experimental design
Objective: Where and on which bait, fruit flies will be more attractive…

Banana piece and tomato piece will be kept side by side at two place that’s near Kitchen window and near hall window…

After long time we had discussed about Moina…
1 drop Vs. 6 drops
How do we actually explain how Moina’s are getting red in unfavorable condition that’s lack oxygen, when we are saying about our set up to get Red Moina’s where we are adding 6 drops of milk in 250 ml DC(Dechlorinated water) on alternate days and saying due to an increase in number of bacteria (bacteria consume more oxygen and left less oxygen for Moina’s) where as no. Of Moina’s is also increasing and Moina’s are also feeding on Bacteria then how do we explain this???..

When both Moina and bacteria are multiplying in the same culture and Moina’s are also feeding on Bacteria…
How do we explain growth rate of Moina’s and Bacteria…??
Can we plot graph of Both Bacteria and Moina’s and make comparison…??
Can we plot Moina’s and Bacteria rate of multiplication in one graph only…???if yes how do we accomodate bacterial growth in graph???..
If we put log value of Bacteria then how do we plot Moina’s rate of multiplication in same graph… ???
