We had found out the red point/zone of Moina culture…
There’s growth curve drawn on the whiteboard which says that the No. Of moina starts declining after 15 days and zero on 30th day…
Can we save moina culture on 15th day or 20th day?..
Can we make subcultures on the days in between 15 to 20 days.

Where Moinas were maintained using yeast powder.
That’s Moina culture was fed with pinch of yeast powder and that culture had last for 11 months.
