How do seed germinate?. And then discussion went on the activity of lipase enzyme in Peanut seeds…
One Cubist has shared one of the curriculum practical that they used to determine the activity of lipase enzyme in sprouted and non-sprouted seeds…
Sprouted seeds which are having the radicle come out doesn’t have any leaves to do photosynthesis so how do they make food and grow?..
But what lipase enzyme do to seeds?. what are lipids?
Does light play any role in germination of seeds?.
@aswathy said that she found the more rate of Germination when seeds were sown in soil?. Then one of the Cubists replied this is because of no exposure of direct sunlight…
Then an Hypothesis was made and a set up was alsi designed to porve or disprove this hypothesis…
The germination seed will be faster in the absence of sunlight
