It is very important to save single line Cultures of fruit flies, @saswathy679 has been maintaining 5-6 single line cultures named SLBK-A, SLBK-B, SLBK-C, SLBK-D, SLBK-E and SLBK-F, but now after one year @saswathy679 is facing some issues in SLBK-A18 & SLBK-B-18 culture bottles and we have design an experiment to save these prescious flies cultures.
