S4E164 CUBE chatShaala: What is statistically significant?

In the last session when we had the discussion that rotten tomato slice attracts more fruit flies than the raw fresh tomato, we also wrote down the expected numbers of fruit flies on fresh and rotten tomato, @saswathy679 mentioned that if 20 flies are getting attracted to raw fresh tomato than 25 flies will be attracting to the rotten tomato change is just the 5 number. Is this 25% increase is significant difference than we went in to the discussion of importance of mean and replicates in the experiments.
