In the last session the discussion was around cardamine (plant model system), how to incorporate a foreign gene in to cardamine plant by just dipping floral buds in the bacterial suspension. There was an amazing discussion where we made the connection between Griffth’s experiment of transformation and argobacterium mediated transformation of cardamine plant.
