Yesterday Suma swarajya lakshmi from CUBE Govt college Guntur had joined the session and shared the method to isolate DNA from Banana using things available at home, like shampoo, Common salt and Sanitizer and than somebody asked the question that where is the DNA in the Banana?, why Shampoo/detergent/soap? how does this shampoo or detergent or soap is acting? and also we have been instructed to wash our hands with soap frequently to avoid infection of Corona virus, but how does soap kill the virus? what a soap is made of?.
