•2nd in star Larave from (CsBz) Culture bottle.
Home we need to take ;
•Need a round plate, So we can cut any Plastic bottle bottom part we can take other ways any steel plate.
•Banana paste different concentration.
•Well water/Tap water.
•Larave from 1 year old culture bottles.
Here planing to compare one year culture bottle larave with Native fresh fly 2nd instar larave (which larave are arises from one single mother fly).
Hypothesis is that Native one have good olfaction compared to Culture bottles larave. Because native one antenna is always functional… They need to find their own food. But culture bottle flies antenna is not much functional like native one… Because they don’t need to find their own food, we already give some readymade food to them…
If we compare both of them Native one have better olfaction (8/10) compare to Culture bottle one (5/10).
