Solution to the echo problem -
We can make a false ceiling out of sound absorbent sheets.This would cancel out the effect of the dome structure which promotes repeated reflection of sound which causes echo.

We can reduce sound echo in the dome by using sound absorbing sheet like a carpet and reducing the amount things which reflects the sound and and the speaker at 45 degree. This is a perfect solution to the problem.

furniture – such as desks or tables, chairs, and various storage pieces – is often made of wood, metal or plastic. Those materials aren’t ideal for reducing echo. So, the second thing to do while fighting echo is to add porous or fluffy materials . Soft materials, like couch cushions, are much better at absorbing sound than hard ones.
Soulution - we can lower the ceiling if possible or add cushions , curtains , acoustic foams on the walls , add rugs and carpeting to reduce the echo . These objects make the sound waves to bounce again and again reducing the power of the sound

Solution:
•We can cover the bare floor with a rug
•hang canvas paintings
•use of perforated material and acoustic foam
•acoustic art can be used to over the walls

Reduce the reflecting surfaces … specially the entrance doors and all …we can use velvet sheets as interiors …as it really absorbs sound waves …loose rugs could be placed … without making much change echo can be reduced

What basically causes an empty room to echo??
An echo is a sound that is repeated because the sound waves are reflected back. It is often more common in empty rooms. To reduce this effect of echo we can do the following:-
- Cover the Floor. Carpets and rugs do more than provide soft padding for your feet.
- Cover the Walls and Windows;" Wall and window coverings reduce the amount of sound reflecting off window glass and hard wall surfaces.
- Fill Rooms with Furnishings.
- Install Acoustic Panels.
5.Hang Curtains (or Tapestries) - Replace Metal Blinds with Fabric Blinds.

White parts can be acoustic foam… Further decorated with canvases on the side walls.

We can stick a layer of acoustic foam outside the walls of the dome and the ceiling and then cover it with the sheet used to make walls currently.
This will reduce echo and it will make the dome look bad.
We can also get the dome carpeted as the carpet is a sound absorbent material
