To Isolate and identify nematodes from soil at home lab

I made the setup again on 1 November 2020 at 10 am
Objective:- To isolate nematodes using potato medium in home lab.

1. I took 2 slices of Boiled potato and 2 slices of Raw potato.
   B1 and B2 - Boiled potato
   R1 and R2 - Raw potato
2. Took soil sample of Chickoo tree and place on half periphery of each potato slices.
3. Covered the setup with net to prevent fruit flies to sit on it.
