@bivasnag Why to feed nematode with two different bacteria as in Normal plate and NGM plate ?
And what is NGM ?

What is the normal plate? Normal is one one which has 2% plain agar and ngm is a nutrient rich media so using e coli op50 is a mandate as it is an uracil mutant which grow to form a restricted region on the plate where as there is no nutrient in normal plate so any bacteria can be used to feed because there will be no growth of bacteria and we can easily isolate the Nematodes
