  1. At first we filled 6-7 inch marshy land soil in each empty bottle. Then in a bowl cut a quarter sheet of newspaper or plain paper into thin strips and then cut the strips into tiny rectangles. These will be a source of cellulose. Mixed the Newspaper strips in first bottle.
  2. Take an egg, separate the egg yolk and mixed egg yolk in second bottle. The egg yolk will be a source of sulfur.
  3. We put iron nail in third bottle which is source of Iron.
  4. Then we added some more water as required in all three bottles.
  5. After this we packed all bottles with the help of Sellotape and tagged all samples with the help of permanent marker for further use.
  6. Took all samples on the table in a room, where it will be observed for next 8 to 10 weeks.
