We have started our chat ‘How to study Circadian rhythm in fruit flies at home during lock down situation?’ , As soon as we learned to trap fruit flies with minimum resources we also started, making home made culture media,culturing, maintaining & identification of the trapped fruit flies?
We have also started studying Circadian rhythm in Phyllanthus plant, Observing microbial growth on boiled potato slices, rate of germination of Cardamine seeds, maintain moina’s culture and performing assays on moina’s ahm ahm this is not just the end point, there are many things left to explore & uncover.
