Yes…now its a CUBE garden lab!! 
How an ordinary place like a garden can be trasnformed in to a lab like GARDEN LAB?
Camera, Communication and Collaboration= leads to formation of garden into new CUBE Garden lab.
I would like to request my all collaborators to add your work releted to Psyche butterflies in this threads.
Here, is all updates about CUBE Garden lab.
Caterpillars turns to pupa. Pupa are present on dried twig of Cleome plants.
Do pupa absorbs nutrients from plants?

On first day of pupal formation- Pupa of Psyche butterfly showing colour variations.
Is colour variations among pupa are an evolutionary traits??
How can we correlate this phenomenon with pupal plasticity, one of the talk given by Dr. Ulhas from IISER Trivendrum at ISEB conference?
2 caterpillars were observed and collected on Cleome plants from CUBE garden lab on 4th March.
From Caterpillars pupa formed on-
8March and 9th March.
Color of pupa on day of pupa formation is yellowish or Cream colour
Butterflies emerged from pupa on - 13/3/23 and 14/3/23.
Set up(plastic container) was open. Set up was kept in a room where all windows and door was closed.
After butterflies emerged, I allowed to flew away. Location- CUBE home lab, Panvel, Maharashtra. Data collected by- Shraddha.
This is a culture set up to study life cycle of butterflies in a home lab.
I used plastic container, in that I was kept caterpillars which was found on Cleome plants.
Now, In this set up 2 empty pupa are there.
Psyche Butterfly roaming around it’s host plants - Cleome and and it’s nectar plants Alternantheria which was growing together. Whereas Sucking nectar from another nectar plant Vernonia plant.

Cardamine plants are growing specially near cultivated hibiscus and other plants as weed in a CUBE garden lab.
Cardamine plants are another host plants of Psyche butterflies.

Yesterday we started discussion with 2 of our abstract that we submitted for ISEB Conference So, ISEB stands for Indian Society of Evolutionary Biologist, which was held at Ahmedabad University in February 2023, this was their 4th conferenceHere @Shraddha CUBE presented a poster on Cardamine and Psyche butterfly interaction and won best poster presentation award! 
Then we discussed about our 2nd abstract on Circadian rhythm of fruit fly and Phyllanthus plant. As in 2017 noble prize was awarded to Jeffrey C. Hall, Michael Rosbash and Michael W. Young for their discoveries of molecular mechanism controlling the circadian rhythmWe discussed about fruit fly like what similar experiments was done by CUBist from Goa, MHSS, Aswathy from Trissur, Kerala and me from Mumbai, Maharashtra in our Homelab and what observations we got

Here,@Theertha CUBE were describing about how she was studied Quadrat method in her college. In her college, they were using wooden frame
to study Quadrat method. With the help of portable wooden frame, they were placing it in different parts of garden and then they had taken multiple observations.
Yesterday during Chatshaala discussion we discussed about Quadrat method
What is Quadrat?what is role and in what context??
Quadrat 
is a study area where we can find out which are the plants and how many plants are present in that perticular area.
We are interested in study broadening of host plants by Psyche butterflies through coevolutionary interaction.
During this study, we find out that when more Cardamine plants were there compared to Cleome plants that time Psyche butterflies lay eggs on Cardamine plants.
But
In second time,in CUBE garden lab,we found that when more Cleome plants are present compared to Cardamine plants then,we observed more eggs are laid on Cleome plants instead of Cardamine plants.
So,to study how many Cleome plants are present in the CUBE garden lab, Panvel Maharashtra, we are going to study Quadrat method.
Here, we discussed how we can do Quadrat method in CUBE Garden lab Panvel Maharashtra.

Today we discussed about CUBE Garden lab,Panvel, Maharashtra. There are 4 main patches -A,B,C,D. In patch A there are approx.15 Cleome plants are there and some nectar plants are there. This is a patch where more activity of Psyche butterflies found.
