In this session, we start with an analysis of “X made Y”. We discuss what this entails, and touch upon the relation of Cause and Effect and the notion of “Time”. Then we critically look at the issue of creation and creator and the validity of such claims, from a complex systems perspective. We also explore the aspect of agency, emerging from the idea of a creator as an agent. Numerous examples were examined.
