Anthocyanins are flavonoid pigments synthesized in the cytoplasm and stored inside vacuoles. Many plant species accumulate densely packed, 3- to 10-μm diameter anthocyanin deposits called anthocyanin vacuolar inclusions (Ahttps://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4815043/#:~:text=Anthocyanins%20are%20flavonoid%20pigments%20synthesized,anthocyanin%20vacuolar%20inclusions%20(AVIs).

Abstract
In Australia mangoes are grown in four States between the latitudes of 12° and 39° S. Production starts in the Northern Territory and Kimberley regions in early October, followed by the Queensland Dry Tropics in mid November, Mareeba in early December, Central Queensland in late December, and South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales in early January."

[03/04, 10:36 am] Kiran : WHAT A COMPARISION OF 30° N OF BAGESHWAR UTTARAKHAND INDIA AND 30° S OF AUSTRALIA !!!

In yesterday’s chatShaala session we had the comparison of when do we get ripe local mangoes in 30 Degree North latitude of word map and apposite of it to 30 degree South of Word Map.
Bageshwar Uttarakhand In India is at 30 Degree North and local mangoes ripped in the month of May whereas, Australia is 30 Degree south and as per the reference shared during chatShaala ripped local mangoes can be found in the month of October which means it takes about half an year at these two locations.

What are your comment’s on this???…

Plant responses to antibiotics have been poorly characterized. Nonetheless, several observations support the notion that chloroplasts are a major target of aminoglycosides. When plants are exposed to kanamycin, a characteristic symptom is the bleaching of the leaves indicating the breakdown of cholorophyll in choloroplasts [5]. When the chloroplast transporter MAR1 is mutated [6] or silenced [7], plants become resistant to kanamycin and several other aminoglycosides.

[07/04, 9:33 pm] Theertha: Hot chilli pepper

The starting point for the pair's ground-breaking discoveries was led by Julius' work and his fascination for natural products that probed biological function.

Julius studied the effect of capsaicin, the molecule that makes chili peppers spicy by simulating a false sensation of heat, to understand the skin's sense of temperature. Looking for the gene capable of reacting to capsaicin, he and his team created a library of millions of genes expressed in the sensory neurons which react to pain, heat, and touch. They then laboriously expressed these genes, one by one, in cells that couldn’t react to capsaicin, until they found one that did.https://www.understandinganimalresearch.org.uk/news/2021-nobel-prize-in-medicine-for-discovering-how-humans-feel-warmth-and-touch

[08/04, 9:34 pm] Theertha: Parkinson's disease is a movement disorder of the nervous system that worsens over time. The nervous system is a network of nerve cells that controls many parts of the body, including movement.

Symptoms start slowly. The first symptom may be a barely noticeable tremor in just one hand or sometimes a foot or the jaw. Tremor is common in Parkinson's disease. But the disorder also may cause stiffness, slowing of movement and trouble with balance that raises the risk of falls.

In the early stages of Parkinson's disease, your face may show little or no expression. Your arms may not swing when you walk. Your speech may become soft or slurred. Symptoms get worse over time.

Although Parkinson's disease can't be cured, medicines may help symptoms get better. Sometimes a healthcare professional may suggest surgery to help control parts of the brain. This surgery may help lessen symptoms.

[11/04, 9:43 pm] Arunan sir : Researchers claim that fevers are more than just a symptom of illness or infection. They found that elevated body temperature sets in motion a series of mechanisms that regulate our immune system.

When we are healthy, our body temperatureTrusted Source tends to gravitate around 37°C (98.6°F).

But when faced with an infection or virus, body temperature often goes up, resulting in a fever.

When someone’s body temperature rises to about 38°C (100.4°F0, doctors classify it as a slight fever. Larger increases in body temperature to around 39.5°C (103.1°F) count as a high fever.

When a person has the flu, for instance, they may experience a mild and uncomfortable fever. This may drive many people to seek natural or over-the-counter remedies to treat it.

However, fevers are not always a bad sign. Mild fevers are a good indication that the immune system is doing its job. But fevers are not just a byproduct of the immune response.

In fact, an elevated body temperature triggers cellular mechanisms that ensure the immune system takes appropriate action against the offending virus or bacteria. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321889
